However, since the MO Luxe Travel benefits are so immense for some rates, we have made a commitment to our partner hotels to provide the best benefit rates only to our loyal customers. Can I cancel a booking I made with MO Luxe Travel free of charge?
The vast majority of MO Luxe Travel hotel bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 or 48 hours before arrival. For the booking, only a credit card is required as a guarantee. The credit card will not be charged before the cancellation deadline. Payment is made by you personally at check-out on site at the hotel. In exceptional cases, such as on particularly popular dates or in selected cities, hotels may require a deposit. Rates that require a deposit in the form of a charge to the credit card at the time of booking are clearly marked by us.
